Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 law firm with a global platform, is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate to join its litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated attorney interested in handling sophisticated healthcare disputes, commercial litigation, class actions, and arbitration matters.
The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex litigation matters for healthcare industry clients and other businesses, while collaborating with experienced litigators in a dynamic and nationally recognized practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex healthcare litigation matters.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including fact development, legal research, discovery, motion practice, and case strategy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.
- Manage written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses of complex legal issues.
- Assist with class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
- Collaborate with litigation teams to develop and execute case strategies.
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
- Strong experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions.
- Healthcare litigation experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Licensed, or eligible for admission, in the applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits
Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:
