We are seeking an experienced freelancer to help us generate qualified leads and book appointments with physicians, care coordinators, discharge planners, senior centers, and families seeking private home care services. This is NOT generic lead generation. We need someone familiar with healthcare or senior‑care outreach who can communicate professionally and follow up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Build verified lead lists in the Atlanta/Kennesaw area
• Send outreach emails and messages using our scripts
• Preferred: make outbound calls to physicians or care coordinators
• Book intro calls or meetings on our calendar
• Track outreach and provide weekly reports

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, home‑care lead generation or medical appointment setting
• Strong English communication
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Understanding of HIPAA‑safe communication
• Organized and comfortable using simple CRM tracking

Preferred

• Previous work with a home‑care or home‑health agency
• Ability to make phone calls (U.S. or VoIP)
