Owning the technical delivery of the enterprise imaging platform at new customer sites, the full-time Healthcare IT Implementation Specialist will install and configure Connect and ImageX, build DICOM, HL7, and FHIR interfaces, and guide customers through configuration, testing, and go-live processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Install, upgrade, and migrate ImageX across customer environments while ensuring compliance with Medicom infrastructure requirements Build, map, and troubleshoot HL7 v2, FHIR, and SSO integrations, coordinating with customer EHR and IT teams Lead technical kickoffs, installations, and customer training sessions with various technical stakeholders Required qualifications 3+ years of healthcare IT experience with hands-on responsibility for PACS, VNA, RIS, EHR, or related imaging systems 2+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting DICOM and HL7 v2 interfaces Strong Windows Server and network troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of firewalls and VPNs Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements effectively Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling protected health information
