Diagnosing and resolving complex interoperability issues, the full-time Healthcare Interoperability Support Engineer will analyze FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and network integrations while collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Diagnose interoperability issues across various frameworks and systems, including FHIR APIs and HL7 messaging Conduct root cause analysis by analyzing logs and system behavior to determine the underlying issues Collaborate with engineering and product teams to validate and resolve identified issues, creating actionable tickets for follow-up Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience Experience troubleshooting interoperability solutions, including FHIR APIs and RESTful APIs using oAuth Proficiency in analyzing logs and diagnosing issues in distributed systems Familiarity with interoperability platforms and tools, such as interface engines and monitoring tools Experience executing SQL queries to support troubleshooting efforts
