To support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Innovation Center, the full-time remote Technical Assistance Consultant will identify technical assistance needs, develop resources, and facilitate discussions to enhance program participant success. Key responsibilities Identifying and assessing the technical assistance needs of program participants Creating and developing technical assistance resources, including guides and webinars Facilitating discussions and meetings with program participants to track progress and develop strategies for success Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Doctoral Degree Experience designing and conducting technical assistance activities and resources Experience developing communications for various platforms, including newsletters and public-facing websites Experience delivering technical assistance for Medicaid programs or state Medicaid offices Knowledge of health information technology at the provider level
