Key responsibilities: Manage client expectations and communications effectively Function as a subject matter expert to collect accurate business requirements Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and functional specifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline 7-10 years of experience in software development projects, particularly client-facing roles Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel and Visio Experience with Agile software development methodologies Preferred experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
