You'll leverage your experience as a benefits financial/actuarial expert to make strategic recommendations on funding, plan design and innovative financial solutions. You will apply your financial management and data analytics expertise to solve complex client problems and to lead the development of new H&B intellectual capital.

  • 10+years'experienceanddemonstratedsuccessinthedeliveryofcomplexhealthandwelfarefinancial/actuarialstrategiesandanalysisinaconsultingorbrokerageenvironment

  • Provenabilitytogeneraterevenue

  • Trackrecordofsuccessinmanagingandgrowingclientrelationships

  • Deepunderstandingandexpertknowledgeinallaspectsofemployeebenefitplandesign, underwriting and funding concepts

  • Provenabilitytoleaddataanalyticprojects

  • Interestandaptitudeinkeepingabreastoflatestdevelopmentsinhealthandwelfareplanstrategy and leading the development of new intellectual capital

  • Abilitytoleveragejudgementandpastexperiencestopredictwhichmethodswillwork

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in California and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other WTWlocations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role.

Compensation:
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000-$230,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
