Healthcare Finance Director

To lead the healthcare finance and reimbursement function, the full-time Director, Healthcare Finance & Reimbursement will manage day-to-day operations, oversee reimbursement analysis and cost reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial support, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead daily activities of the healthcare finance and reimbursement function, providing technical guidance and support for team performance Develop and execute reimbursement strategies for various payers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of cost reports Prepare and present financial reports and insights to support informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory guidelines Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's preferred Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance or reimbursement Strong experience with Medicare hospital cost reports Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
