To support the development and management of integrated health data systems, the full-time remote Healthcare Data Systems Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to state agency clients, lead project execution, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for state agency clients, understanding their challenges and proposing effective methodologies Lead and manage IDS projects, ensuring the execution of all client deliverables meets quality and accuracy standards Oversee project teams, delegate tasks, and mentor Project Associates as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master's of Public Health or similar) preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading health data or health policy project teams Proven experience in managing integrated health data projects Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote work environment
