Healthcare Data Integration / SAS / Python Programmer Analyst - ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES

• 8+ years of experience developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts using SAS, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• 8+ years of experience in system integration, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
• 8+ years of experience working with structured or semi-structured healthcare, public health, or complex administrative data.
• 8+ years of experience with databases, SQL querying, and data management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong experience in automated data integration testing and validation.
• Ability to document code, technical specifications, workflows, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR/eICR), EHR, or HIE.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, XML, and SNOMED CT.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with public health surveillance systems and registries.
• Experience with data linkage, record matching, ETL processes, and automated data pipelines.
