Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding healthcare-related inquiries Assist customers with updating personal information and completing orders Inform customers about changes that may affect their healthcare benefits Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for multitasking across multiple systems Open availability from 8 AM to 2 AM EST, 7 days a week Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions and background noise
