Supporting the organization remotely, the full-time Healthcare Contracts & Legal Operations Manager will manage the review, drafting, negotiation, administration, and execution of various commercial agreements while assisting with legal and compliance matters. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor contracts and confidentiality agreements Assist attorneys with contract analysis, disputes, and risk management Manage the company's contract life cycle management system and support corporate governance tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or legal operations within healthcare Experience with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in healthcare settings Knowledge of corporate governance and healthcare-related agreements Proficiency with AI tools and LLMs, such as Claude and Copilot
