Working remotely, the full-time Sr. Healthcare Consultant, Medicare Analytics will analyze large healthcare datasets, develop interactive dashboards, and support network strategy and contract negotiations through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities Analyze healthcare datasets using SAS to identify cost, utilization, and market trends Develop and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards for network strategy and business decision-making Support pricing model development and financial impact assessments for provider negotiations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance and network analytics, including analysis of large claims data Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of provider payment methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based models Experience with CMS reimbursement methodologies and regulatory guidelines
