To support a growing portfolio of healthcare clients, the fully remote Client Engagement Director will develop strong relationships, execute account strategies, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare clients, focusing on their goals and objectives Collaborate with internal teams to support client business and clinical goals, identifying new opportunities for partnership Implement account strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and client retention Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college 7+ years of client management or client engagement experience in the healthcare sector Proven success in selling to executive-level roles within enterprise institutions Demonstrated revenue growth planning acumen with a track record of measurable retention and expansion results Experience analyzing data and using BI tools to support client objectives and demonstrate ROI
