This is a 100% onsite role requiring candidates to be local within 10–15 miles of Canton, MD. The selected candidate will analyze healthcare claims data across multiple formats — primarily MS Excel — and accurately enter and map this information into the client's benefits system.

The role also involves providing operational support, root cause analysis, testing, and documentation to ensure efficient claims processing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and validate healthcare claims data in various formats, primarily MS Excel, and accurately enter and map information into the client's benefits systemResearch and resolve operational and systems issues by gathering facts, identifying root causes, and facilitating practical solutionsProvide operational support by delivering guidance, answering questions, and training internal customers on systems and processesContribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other essential operational documentationDesign, conduct, and document system testing methods to verify operational integritySupport new and evolving operational requests while helping team members achieve shared resultsMandatory Skills2+ years of experience within a Healthcare Insurance environment analyzing and validating claims data for proper entryStrong MS Excel proficiency — Pivot Tables, VLookups, and data analysisStrong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detailSolid knowledge of claims processing workflows and healthcare insurance operationsHS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredNice-to-Have SkillsICD 9/10 coding knowledgeExperience with FixIT and/or Adobe software tools
