Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends and emerging opportunities to support startup evaluation and founder assistance Contribute leadership insights across various healthcare sectors to strengthen the firm's ecosystem Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
