Responsibilities include Assisi in advising healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical practices on regulatory compliance issues. Support senior attorneys in transactional matters such as practice acquisitions, employment agreements, and joint ventures. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts and other legal documents. Participate in client meetings and assist on developing compliance strategies and risk assessments.
New Jersey bar admission, strong research, writing and analytical skills.
