To support the expanding Analytics team, the full-time Healthcare Analytics Engineer will design, model, and maintain analytics infrastructure, transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights for operational and clinical teams. Key responsibilities Design and maintain production-ready data models and semantic layers using advanced SQL for enterprise reporting Ingest and blend diverse healthcare datasets, including payer claims and EMR data, to create centralized analytical datasets Execute ad-hoc SQL queries and analyses to address operational, clinical, and financial questions across business units Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence within a healthcare environment Strong experience with payer claims data and EMR/clinical data Expert-level SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize data transformation routines Familiarity with analytics engineering tools and workflows, such as dbt, Python, and cloud data warehouses
