Analyzing integrated datasets to drive business decisions, the full-time remote Healthcare Analytics Data Analyst will extract insights from various data sources, develop complex reports, and contribute to large-scale projects aimed at reducing care costs and improving clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and assess business impacts Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and other analytics tools Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred 4+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 2+ years of IT experience Healthcare analytics experience preferred Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R Experience with statistical analysis and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft PowerBI
