Key responsibilities Review and interpret hospital contracts with insurance carriers to identify reimbursement discrepancies Analyze large healthcare claims data sets to identify trends in underpayment and denial Collaborate with teams to develop audit flags and provide insights for revenue optimization Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate denial root causes Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies and operational processes quickly Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle or denial management environments Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
