Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends and emerging opportunities to support startups and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and healthcare operations Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
