Health Tech Product Builder — Scale from Zero

Nitra seeks a VP of Product to drive a healthcare product from zero to scale, owning the product vision and roadmap across its AI-native platform. You will work with a distributed engineering and design team and set the standard for high-quality product development.

You will lead and develop a PM team, partner with founders and executives to align strategy with fundraising milestones, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
