Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Minimum of six months in current position for candidates from Oakmont
- Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
- One (1) year experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- California LVN or RN License in good standing
- Willing to travel throughout the state during the training process
- Open to relocation for a permanent position
- Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership
- Prior experience coaching or mentoring peers preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Passion for serving older adults
- Able to work with seniors and interact with cognitively impaired individuals
- Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records
- Adaptable, able to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Coachable and highly motivated
