Health Services Director in Training — Nursing Leader Path

Oakmont is offering a Health Services Director in Training (HSDiT) program designed for licensed nurses who aspire to lead as Health Services Directors. Trainees rotate through communities, learn from department heads, and gain hands-on experience under current directors.

The program provides customized leadership training and opportunities to grow with Oakmont, including travel across California and potential relocation for a permanent role after graduation.
