Providing advanced analytical and reporting support, the remote Health Resource Analyst II/Data Quality Coordinator will lead program evaluation activities, manage REDCap datasets, and create high-quality reports to inform public health planning and initiatives. Key responsibilities: Lead program evaluation activities, reviewing performance measures and recommending improvements Manage, analyze, and quality-check REDCap datasets for public health surveys and reporting Create reports, summaries, and data visualizations based on program data Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public administration, statistics, business, public health, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, or reporting Familiarity with REDCap or similar data collection platforms preferred Proficiency with Excel, REDCap, and reporting tools such as Power BI Experience with public health, evaluation frameworks, or state programs
