Health Plan Trainer

Empowering contact center agents, the full-time Health Plan Trainer will manage the onboarding and ongoing training of customer engagement representatives, focusing on scheduling processes, soft skills, and system navigation in a potentially remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver impactful training sessions for new hires and existing staff, ensuring proficiency in health plan processes Create and maintain training materials and resources, adapting content based on trainee retention and feedback Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training interventions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a healthcare-related field preferred Minimum two years of experience in training or education, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Certification in workplace training preferred; Epic training for department processes required within 90 days of hire Ability to perform training sessions using virtual platforms and adapt to changing business needs
