A law firm seeks a Health Law Associate with M&A experience to join their transactions team in Washington, DC. Duties
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Conduct and report on due diligence
- Manage the deal process and communicate with clients and counsel
- Lead smaller transactions and aspects of larger deals
- Direct and manage deal team members and specialists
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategic M&A experience in the health care industry
- Strong academic credentials and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Familiarity with federal and state health care regulations preferred
Education
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
- Admitted to or eligible for admission to the MA, NY, or DC Bar
