Job Title: Health IT Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, project scoping, and feasibility assessments for new requests.
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise and recommend best practices for healthcare data exchange and standardization.
- Ensure clinical data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable implementation requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Healthcare Interoperability Standards: Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7, FHIR, and health information exchange standards.
- Clinical Data Analysis & Validation: Minimum 3 years analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting clinical data.
- Clinical Coding Systems: Minimum 2 years of experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, and RxNorm.
- Health Information Exchange (HIE): Minimum 2 years supporting HIE platforms, clinical data exchange, or integration projects.
- Technical Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Minimum 2 years working with stakeholders to resolve issues, test solutions, and implement functionality.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to clinical data accuracy and standardization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and healthcare teams.
