Providing foundational data analysis and reporting support, the full-time Health IT Data Analyst will conduct requirements gathering, information modeling, and process documentation to assist in the development of clinical informatics software and operational dashboards. Key responsibilities Perform data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis for issue trends and training metrics Support the development of dashboards for Weekly and Monthly Reports Document data definitions and reporting logic while assisting with ad-hoc analytical requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, data analysis, or health IT documentation Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Prior exposure to clinical or operational healthcare data, particularly Federal EHR Ability to work with incomplete or rapidly changing data sets
