Health Information Management Director – Compliance Leader

Aurora San Diego is seeking a Director of Health Information Management to supervise activities around analyzing, compiling, and coding patient records. The role is fully onsite in San Diego, CA, with a pay range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually.

The director will lead HIM operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate audits, and oversee staff, while maintaining confidentiality of patient information and upholding JCAHO standards.
