To support a growing wellness initiative, the part-time hourly Health Educator in Training will review biometric screening results, deliver health education on lifestyle factors, and maintain accurate records of sessions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review biometric screening results with participants and provide health education on lifestyle factors affecting health indicators Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and report on outcomes Collaborate with fellow Health Educators to enhance coaching effectiveness and member outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (master's degree preferred) Trained in coaching competencies, theories, and methodologies Experience with clinical health education, including weight loss management and nutrition Understanding of biometric results such as blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
