Full Time Health Center Manager Physician Assistant

Location: Findlay, OH

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or on-call

We are seeking a provider with a primary care background, strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and an outgoing personality to help build lasting patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitor patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and determine root cause analysis.
• Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives.
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current license as a PA in the practicing state.
• Current hands‑on certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years’ management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $116,480.00 - $145,600.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
