Needed Hardcore Program Manager from a Health Care Background with solid experience with Payers and TPAResponsibilities:Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating complex product/program implementation in the HealthCare Payer domain and/or Third-party Administration of self-funded clients.Documents scope and objectives and ensures they align with expected business outcomes.Develops and manages project plans, including scheduling, resource tracking, and financials.Defines and implements program/project management standards and processes.Established program governance and provides clear communication to all program’s stakeholders, including senior management.Serves as the primary point of contact for program management-related inquiries.Works closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan and develop project scope, resources, and timelines.Develops and manages project budgets, delivering against business goals.Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of program/project management experience focusing on client and product implementation.4+ in Healthcare Payer with Business and IT Solutions across these domains for self-funded client implementation (Enrolment/Benefits Administration, Claims Administration, Portals, Finance, Reporting)Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Payer Administration with client implementation and product enablementStrong working knowledge of change management principles.Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.Stakeholder management skills in large complex projects/programs with Internal and external teams preferred.
