Key Responsibilities
- Handle health care-related federal litigation matters
- Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation filings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex regulatory issues
- Assist with appellate and administrative litigation matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across a national practice group
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active TN bar admission or UBE transferable score required
- 2 to 4 years of federal litigation or appellate experience
- Significant writing experience with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience drafting motions and briefs required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly and effectively navigate complex subject matter
- Federal clerkship
- Administrative Procedure Act (APA) litigation
- Health care reimbursement litigation and compliance
- Government and private payor disputes
- Government investigations and/or False Claims Act matters
- Work on complex and meaningful health care litigation matters
- Exposure to a national health care litigation practice
