Health Care Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney- Health Care Litigation
We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Health Care Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes cases, representing healthcare companies and providers in investigations, enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and support False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, including internal investigations related to healthcare fraud, government inquiries, and qui tam actions
• Manage discovery and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Research and analyze healthcare enforcement trends, compliance regulations, and applicable state fraud and abuse laws
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement effective litigation strategies
• Provide exceptional client service and support to healthcare companies and providers
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in health care litigation
• Comprehensive complex litigation skill set
• Experience representing clients in investigations, enforcement actions, and related commercial litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with FCA investigations and qui tam actions
• Knowledge of healthcare enforcement trends and compliance regulations
• Experience working with healthcare companies and providers
