nWhat you need:
nHold a NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
nHave construction or civil engineering experience
nEnjoy being out on site rather than office-based
nCan work independently and manage their own workload
nHave experience conducting inspections and investigations
nAre confident delivering training and presentations
nPossess a practical, solutions-focused approach
nAre personable, honest and team-oriented

nKey responsibilities will include:
Conducting site inspections and audits
nProducing reports and recommendations
nSupporting accident and incident investigations
nDelivering toolbox talks and training sessions
nAdvising clients on legislative compliance and best practice
nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
nSupporting environmental and sustainability initiatives where required
nThis role is predominantly site-based, allowing you to work autonomously whilst being fully supported by an experienced team.
Travel is predominantly across the North East, with occasional visits to Yorkshire and Scotland, typically involving no more than one overnight stay every two weeks.
