Managing the full cycle of recruitment for Health and Life Science roles, the contract Executive Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings Track key recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in recruitment Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Professional) preferred
