Key responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills Work to overcome barriers to members' good health while delivering empathetic and professional experiences Educate members on health decisions and accurately document interactions in health records Required qualifications Professional communication skills and strong active listening abilities High computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows and web-based applications Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience in a call center or outreach role involving members or consumers is preferred
