Dedicated to supporting the Medicare population, the full-time Health Advocate - Pennsylvania Licensed will engage in inbound and outbound calls to educate members about health screenings, medications, and services while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist members and providers with healthcare services, screenings, and medication refills Overcome barriers to ensure members receive essential health services and resources Document conversations accurately in members' health records to maintain up-to-date information Required Qualifications Advanced experience with Windows-based applications At least 6 months of call center experience High computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot issues Strong active listening and interpersonal skills High School Diploma or G.E.D
