Events And Call Time Manager, Healey-Driscoll CampaignThe Maura Healey Committee is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Events & Call Time Manager to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the campaign's fundraising efforts by managing a variety of key events and supporting our call time program. This is an ideal position for candidates with previous campaign or fundraising experience who are looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.The Events & Call Time Manager is a mid-level role on the Finance Team.

This person will support all aspects of the campaign's fundraising events and manage the call time program planning and execution. The position reports directly to the Finance Director and works closely with the finance team, consultants, and event hosts.Core Responsibilities:Coordinate logistics for fundraising events (venues, invites, briefings, materials, staffing)Serve as a primary point of contact for event hosts and vendors on logistics and fundraisingTrack RSVPs and donations, and manage follow-up communications in conjunction with finance team, helping to ensure that events are on track to meet their goalsSupport execution of events day-of (in person and virtual)Execute fundraising thank you processTravel within Massachusetts as needed for eventsCall Time ManagementPrepare daily call time lists, call sheets, and donor backgroundDaily research on existing and prospective donors, incorporating into the call time queue.Staff call time as needed, keeping things on schedule and providing updates and results to finance teamTrack pledges, commitments, and follow-up, and maintain call time tracking systemWork with the Finance Director and Consultants to refine call lists and strategiesQualifications:1+ cycle of relevant campaign or fundraising experienceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskComfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with NGP, Google Suite, and Excel preferredA strong commitment to reelecting Governor Healey and a drive to contribute to the campaign's success.The salary band for this position is $6,000 - $6,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
