Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a visible commitment to student‑athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit.
- Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the baseball program.
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the field.
- Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred.
- Secondary certification preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience at the high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program.
- This position may include teaching responsibilities.
