Early Head Start Home Visitor

What You'll Do:
- Create mentoring relationships: Observe and evaluate infant and toddler's progress to prepare the children for school
- Facilitate family partnerships: Working with families to set and reach their goals while providing parenting education
- Track progress: Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records
- Encourage family involvement: Partner with parents to inspire active participation of the children
- Integrate wellness: Complete educational and health screenings, and rescreens, within the Head Start Performance Standards
- Promote the program: Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program

Education And Experience:
- Current Home Visiting CDA, OR
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Services or related degree
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain within 90 days)
