Head Pastry Chef & Dessert Program Lead

Barberry, a seasonally driven neighborhood restaurant, seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry, baking and dessert production for Barberry, Flamingo Bar, banquets, Bar Nado, and Prado Provisions programs, aligning with ERHG’s seasonality and quality.

You will establish creative direction, manage staff, develop recipes, control costs, and ensure food safety and on-time delivery for events and weddings, reporting to Culinary Director.
