Head of Workplace Delivery Operations & Portfolio Controls

Genentech is seeking a visionary senior leader to head Business Operations and Portfolio Controls for Workplace Delivery at the South San Francisco campus. The role designs operations architecture and ensures scalable governance across a large portfolio of workplace projects and programs.

You will drive data‑driven decision support, integrate systems and governance, and lead cross‑functional teams including controls, estimation, scheduling, and procurement.
