Head of Water Treatment & Plant Operations

City of Pompano Beach seeks a highly responsible leader to direct operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, asset management, and continuous improvement of its potable water and reuse treatment plants and related infrastructure.

Under the Utilities Director, you will oversee treatment plant operations, CIP planning, OT systems including SCADA and cybersecurity, workforce development, budgeting, and coordination with city departments to protect public health and utility reliability.
