Conveo is seeking a senior leader to own the complete content engine, from concept through final cut, directing hero films and supporting formats across events and campaigns. You will manage budgets, hire editors and crews, and maintain a high standard of storytelling for every piece.

Ideal candidates have hands-on editing skills, can build a production bench of freelancers and internal staff, and are comfortable shaping formats that scale while keeping the brand aligned.
