Head of US | Niche Automation Firm | Base up to $120K
A fast-growing, niche and boutique recruitment firm specializing in Automation, Control Systems, and AI is looking for a hands-on Billing Head of US to lead their US expansion.
This is a genuine Head of US role. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder, shape market strategy, and build a team around them. It's a blank canvas backed by real infrastructure.
Location: Texas or Florida (remote to start, with plans to build an in-office team)
Compensation: Base salary up to $120K | Commission 25%–60%, no threshold

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years as a 360 sr recruiter with a strong track record
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Background in Automation & Controls, Building Automation/Data Centers, or a related technical niche preferred, though not essential
- Comfortable owning both business development and delivery (360 recruitment)
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Texas or Florida
