Head of US Government Affairs & AI Policy

Cohere is seeking a Government Affairs leader to guide US policy in a dynamic AI regulatory landscape. You will shape Cohere’s federal and state advocacy, align policy with business strategy, and help extend our footprint across the Americas.

With 10–15+ years in corporate government affairs and public policy, you’ll translate complex AI tech into practical policy positions, build relationships with lawmakers and regulators, and ensure compliant engagement at a fast-growing AI company.
