Responsibilities
- define and execute the Wealth Services technology strategy aligned with business and enterprise objectives
- lead the architecture and development of a scalable, cloud-native platform supporting account opening, trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and reporting
- drive API-first and event-driven architectures to enable seamless integration and real-time processing
- modernize core platform capabilities, including transaction processing, portfolio accounting, compliance, and digital client platforms
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, and OFAC standards
- advance the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, risk oversight, and client experience
- lead integrations with third-party clearing and custody providers, including Apex
- partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and external vendors to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
- manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience in wealth management, custody, clearing, brokerage, or financial services platforms
- proven ability to build and lead high-performing global technology teams
- deep expertise in wealth management, custody, clearing, brokerage, or related financial services platforms
- strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements
- experience leading large-scale platform modernization and cloud transformation programs
- ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technology investments with business outcomes
