Head Of Technical Product Management – Renewable ProductsWe are seeking a senior leader in Technical Product Management to drive the strategy and execution of software solutions for renewable plant automation and control. This role owns the product vision, leads high-performing teams, and partners closely with engineering and sales across the U.S. market.Key Responsibilities:Define product vision and multi-year roadmap (SCADA, Power Plant Controllers, Hybrid Energy Management Systems).Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams.Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.Drive adoption of cloud, AI/ML, and edge technologies.Engage with utilities, regulators, and key customers.Support technical pre-sales, RFIs/RFPs, and solution presentations in the U.S.Qualifications:15+ years in Technical Product Management within renewable energy or T&D automation software.Strong experience with renewable SCADA and power plant control systems.Knowledge of industry standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, NERC CIP).Proven leadership of senior product teams.Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Full benefits packageRelocation assistance may be available
